President Buhari Goes To London To See His Doctor

President Muhammadu Buhari is scheduled to undertake a four-day trip to the United Kingdom.

A statement by the senior special assistant to the President on media and publicity, Malam Garba Shehu explained in a statement today, Monday, that in the course of the technical stop-over for aircraft maintenance in London on his way back from Washington last week, the President had a meeting with his doctor.

“The Doctor requested the President to return for a meeting which he agreed to do.”

The statement said that President Buhari will return on Saturday, May 12^th to witness the  word congress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Jigawa State on May 15^{th. [myad]}
