Abuja Community Loses 2nd Class Traditional Ruler

Life After DeathA second-class traditional ruler, the Sarki Bwari, in Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Alhaji Musa Mohammed Ijakoro is dead. He died in the hours of today, Tuesday, after a brief illness at the age of 83.

Information from his palace said that he has since been buried according the Islamic rites and that he was survived by wives, many children, grand children and great grand children.

In a condolence message, the FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello described Alhaji Musa Ijakoro as a very friendly, dedicated and hardworking traditional ruler who sought the best for his people.

He praised the late Chief for his contributions towards the development of Abuja right from the time he was the District head of Bwari until he was appointed the 2nd Class Chief of Bwari on the 12th of July, 1997.

 Malam Musa Bello prayed to Almighty Allah to grant him eternal rest and also comfort the family and people of Bwari.  [myad]
