President Muhammadu Buhari has just alighted from the Presidential aircraft, 001 that brought him from London where he spent 103 days on medical vacation.
The aircraft touched Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, the nation’s capital, at about 4.43pm and taxied to a stop where Buhari alighted from it at about 4.55.
The President was welcome by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, governors, members of the federal cabinet and party officials.
After inspecting a guard of honour, Buhari took his time before being flown to the Aso Rock Villa in helicopter. [myad]
