The Imo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has resorted to one week fasting and prayers for God to intervene and direct the Supreme Court to reverse its ruling on the sacked state governor, Emeka Ihedioha.A statement today, February 8 by the party’s State Secretary, Nze Ray Emeana, said that the spiritual exercise would commence tomorrow, February 9.
Members of the party in the state are instructed to dress in black during the spiritual exercise.
“During this period, all ward excos should request for mass in their local churches and assemble at LGA party secretariat daily at noon for prayers and breaking of fast.”
