The Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha, has said that his fellow Igbo speaking people from the Southeast have failed woefully in Nigerian politics.Speaking to newsmen at the government House in Owerri, capital of Imo State, today, Monday, governor Okorocha said that one of the reasons the Igbos have failed is that they failed to accept the light coming to them.
He said that the Igbo also failed because they don’t appreciate the person who came to assist them.
“Igbos have failed politically for two reasons: not to accept the light that has come to them and also not to appreciate the leaders that have come to help them.”
