The incumbent governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has won the ticket of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to run for a second term of another four years in the November scheduled governorship poll in the state.The governor won the party’s primary, which was held today, August 29 in Lokoja, the state capital, polling a total of 3,127 votes. There were a total of 3,596 delegates that were accredited for the primary.
