Leading telecommunications services provider, Airtel Nigeria, has apologized for poor services rendered to customers in Abuja and surrounding areas. The operator owned up in as statement to subscribers.
“We apologize for your inability to make/receive calls and use data service in some parts of Abuja,” the telecommunications company stated.
The telecommunication company added:“Work is ongoing to resolve challenge.This publication established that most subscribers of the network in Abuja environs had been witnessing poor service lately.”
Airtel is one of a number of companies the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) recently fined for poor quality of services, incurring the wrath of some stakeholders.
Local mobile network operators have been blamed for the substandard services offered to clients.
